The Café Manager is the leader of our amazing team. They are responsible for hiring and managing café staff in order to provide an unforgettable customer experience every time you visit!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

With a sense of passion and confidence, the Second Cup Brand Demonstrates Guest Satisfaction through quick friendly service. Guests are responded to appropriately with concerns or questions asked in an enthusiastic manner while demonstrating leadership skills by managing employees on their team at all levels; developing policies that ensure consistency throughout stores across North America (including hiring new staff), motivating shift supervisors who work under them & maintaining high standards for product quality among other things! The successful candidate will be responsible not just for interviewing but also fired from time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, you will be a valued member of our team. Our independent and innovative mindset is what makes us successful at overcoming challenges while meeting customer demands! You’ll have an opportunity to work within various departments including front office operations; restaurant kitchen/dishwashing area – even clean-up duty if necessary (it’s all part+) so it won’t matter whether your day starts early or late because we’re ready when YOU need US most!.

Works with baristas and shift supervisors to ensure that they are following cash handling procedures at all times. Follows business rules for voiding or correcting mistakes on register records when the end of shift arrives

Maintains a positive working relationship in order to create an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about any concerns without fear of negative repercussions from their peers  Which leads me to my next point…
